1. Car rental deposit

• Deposit: RM50 for cars, RM100 for MPVs and luxury MPVs.
• Full refund of the deposit if you cancel at least 48 hours before the pickup time.
• Cancellations less than 48 hours before pickup, or no-shows, are not refunded.

Deposit RM50 untuk kereta dan RM100 untuk MPV atau MPV mewah. Deposit dikembalikan penuh jika dibatalkan sekurang-kurangnya 48 jam sebelum masa ambil kereta. Pembatalan kurang dari 48 jam atau tidak hadir tidak layak bayaran balik.

2. Island packages and watersport

• Full refund of the amount paid to us if you cancel at least 2 days before the trip date.
• Cancellations less than 2 days before the trip, or no-shows, are not refunded.
• For packages where the balance is paid to the operator on the day, we only refund the amount you paid to us.

Jumlah yang dibayar kepada kami dikembalikan penuh jika dibatalkan sekurang-kurangnya 2 hari sebelum tarikh trip. Pembatalan kurang dari 2 hari atau tidak hadir tidak layak bayaran balik.

3. Bad weather or operator cancellation

• If a trip is cancelled because of bad weather, safety reasons or by the operator, you can choose a new date or a full refund of the amount paid to us.

Jika trip dibatalkan kerana cuaca buruk, keselamatan atau oleh operator, anda boleh pilih tarikh baru atau bayaran balik penuh.

4. How refunds are paid

• Approved refunds are made to your bank account within 7 working days.
